Sporting Tournament and Event Refund Policy

Tournament/Event: All International Bunnock Associates tournaments and events
Organizer: International Bunnock Associates

1. Team Entry Fee Refunds

Team entry fees are subject to the following refund policy:

• More than 60 days before the scheduled event date: A team may withdraw and receive a refund of its entry fee, less a 20% administrative fee.
• 60 days or fewer before the scheduled event date: Team entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as expressly provided below.
• The date the Organizer receives the written cancellation request will determine the applicable refund period.

2. Event Cancellation by the Organizer

If the Organizer cancels the tournament or event entirely, teams may be eligible for a refund of their entry fee, subject to any specific cancellation terms communicated by the Organizer.

No refund will be provided solely because an event is modified, rescheduled, relocated, shortened, or otherwise changed, unless the Organizer expressly determines otherwise.

3. Changes to the Tournament or Event

The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter, reschedule, relocate, shorten, postpone, or otherwise change any aspect of the tournament or event when reasonably necessary or appropriate, including due to:

• Scheduling or facility availability;
• Weather or environmental conditions;
• Player, participant, spectator, or staff safety;
• Facility or field conditions;
• Changes in venue availability;
• Government requirements or restrictions;
• Force majeure or circumstances beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control; or
• Other operational, logistical, or safety considerations.

  Such changes may include, without limitation, changes to dates, times, locations, divisions, schedules, game formats, playing surfaces, or tournament structure.

  Except in the case of a full event cancellation as described above, the Organizer shall have no obligation to provide refunds, credits, reimbursements, compensation, travel expenses, accommodation expenses, or other compensation to teams as a result of such changes.

  4. No Guarantee of Specific Schedule or Format

  While the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to conduct the tournament or event as advertised, teams acknowledge that schedules, venues, formats, game times, and other event details may be subject to change.

  The payment of a team entry fee does not guarantee that the event will be conducted at a specific time, venue, or according to a specific format.

  5. Refund Requests

  All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@intlbunnockassoc.com and must include the team name, tournament/event name, and relevant registration or payment information.

  Refunds approved under this policy will be processed within 60 business days of approval.

  6. Acceptance of Policy

  By registering for and/or submitting payment for the tournament or event, the team, its representative, and its participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy, including the Organizer’s right to modify or change the tournament or event as described above.

  The Organizer’s determination regarding event modifications, scheduling, safety, and operational matters shall be final, subject to applicable law.
